We have employed Cross Country Safaris for geological
field excursions for delegates to an international geochemical
conference and for a group from various Australian mining
companies. Both excursions have been very successful, with
no significant delays or problems, despite difficulties
imposed by distance and road conditions. This is no doubt
the result of careful planning and preparation, credit must
go to Terry. Everyone has been most impressed by his care,
attention to detail and good humour, not to mention hard
work, and his general concern for the welfare of the tour.

Excursion
for Japanese students to Eastern Goldfields, Western Australia
Amongst the mail here were letters, full of praise
for the excursion. A large part of this was due to the professional
and very friendly service offered by Terry and Cross Country
Safaris. For most of the Japanese group this was their first
overseas trip, and I'm sure they returned with a good impression
of Australia. I found Terry very easy to get along with
and thanks to him for his excellent driving and giving out
his knowledge about the bush so freely.

Camp to Cue, Western Australia
I enjoyed my camp to Cue with you and I enjoyed helping
cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner with you. I even liked
Lake Austin and the talk about the mine shafts. We have
made a book on the camp and have chosen all of the pictures.
Some of us are missing Nallan Station and the lambs.
I first discovered Cross Country Charters by "word
of mouth" some years ago, when I needed to organise
a field trip for Geology students. The fact that Cross Country
Charters was recommended to me in this way was sufficient
a reference for me to enlist their services, and I was not
disappointed. The good-natured drivers and efficient service
was exceptional, and went far beyond just driving vehicles.
On most student excursions where I require either short
or long term efficient transport, I now always call upon
Terry and Margaret at Cross Country Charters. Their costs
are very competitive. I have recommended them to others
and do so again to other businesses or any individual that

Meike and Inger and they were extremely happy with every thing that was organised for them, had a great time and would recommend your Safari to any one.
I certainly will be recommending to National Office that perhaps we could do this every year for our Exchange Students and as most of them are based in the Eastern States also, it would give them an insight to WA, and some of the beautiful sights over here to see.
